Lomamökissamme on isÀntÀ (king-size-vuode), josta on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle / rannalle ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa iso vaatekaappi / muuttuva alue. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa (queen-size-vuode) on samat upeat merinÀkymÀt ja se toimii "toisena" makuuhuoneena. Kolmas makuuhuone lapsille koostuu kahdesta kerrossÀnky-sarjasta (4 erillistÀ vuodetta) ja kierreportaat parvella, jossa sijaitsevat 2 erillistÀ vuodetta ja ulosvedettÀvÀ parivuode. Koko lomalla olevalle perheellesi on riittÀvÀsti nukkumamajoituksia, joissa 2 parilla voi olla omat huoneet ja lapsilla omat vuoteet. PÀÀmakuuhuone / kylpy-sviitin ulkopuolella on tÀydellinen kÀytÀvÀ, kylpyhuone ja pesutupa. Pohjakerros koostuu liian kokoisesta olohuoneesta, ruokasalista ja den-kaikista, joista on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle. Keittiö on erittÀin suuri ja hyvin varustettu kaikilla tarvittavilla ruoanlaitto- ja leivontavÀlineillÀ. Tarjolla on hotelliluokan pyyhkeitÀ uimiseen ja rannalle. DenissÀ on 42 tuuman LCD-televisio, jossa on Net-Flix ,, DVD-soitin, ja siinÀ on CD-soitin. Villa tarjoaa Wi-Fi: n. Kolmannen kerroksen patio, joka on lÀhellÀ 400 neliömetriÀ. (osittain peitetty) tarjoaa istumapaikat kaikille nauttiaksesi Rinconin kauniista auringonlaskuista. Myös ensimmÀisen kerroksen patio grillausta varten. Suuret huoneet ja runsaasti makuutilaa sekÀ upeat nÀkymÀt merelle / rannalle pÀin olevaan huvilaan tekevÀt tÀstÀ ominaisuudesta todella ainutlaatuisen. Lomakoti sijaitsee Punta del Marin rantakylÀn 145 hehtaarin yksityisyhteisön sisÀllÀ, jossa sinÀ ja rakkaasi kokevat lepoa ja rentoutumista, hiljaista aikaa ja rauhaa, kodin siisteyttÀ sekÀ lapsesi mielenrauhaa. ovat turvallisia ja lÀhellÀ. Vuodenajan vuorovesiallas mahdollistaa nuorempien uima-altaan uimarannan huolehtimisen siitÀ, ettÀ rannalla kaatuu suuria aaltoja. On pari korkealaatuista boogie-levyt nautintoa varten. Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a wonderful week here. The location is a stones throw from the beach with a great tidal pool that our 4 year old loved. The Villa had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Tim’s recommendations and great communication made our trip smooth and easy. We enjoyed surfing with Rincon Paddleboards and dining at Casa Islena. We can’t wait to return!

Great beachfront location!

Amazing place for 2 families to spend a great beach vacation. Loved the tide pool. The house was clean and had everything you could need. Sunsets were unbelievable! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect beach vacay

Villa is in a great location, just steps from the beautiful private beach, and two of the three bedrooms have a view of the ocean. Check-in/out was very easy and property owners were very responsive to my questions. We would rent this villa again.

Property is in an excellent location in Rincon. Enjoyed the sunset from the villa.

We really enjoyed our time at the vllla. Less than three minutes walking to the beach. The property is a bit dated but everything works good with the proper amenities. Good place to enjoy time with your family. The manager was very helpful. We will like to stay again.

Rincon Vacation Punta Del Mar

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico. The property was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet place perfect for our family. The villa is steps from the beach. The owner had some great restaurant information and we did visit some to include Casa Islena and The English Rose. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Private Beach, Amazing Amenities — Perfect for Familie

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would absolutely recommend it for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway in Puerto Rico. The property is nearly a mile off the highway behind a security gate, which made it feel private and safe — perfect for morning walks. The private beach was a highlight: quiet, serene, and nothing like crowded East Coast beaches. At low tide, you could walk for ages before seeing anyone else.The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and games. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved having access to the pool, gym, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts (bring your own gear!). Our family made the most of all the amenities.We also loved exploring the area. We visited several local beaches — Steps Beach was a standout, but we kept coming back to the one at the villa. A heads-up for future guests: most locals don’t drink the tap water, so it helps to know that ahead of time.We booked a horseback ride through Tropical Trail Rides after seeing a flyer in the villa — hands down, the best family excursion we’ve done.Though we had a few hiccups with maintenance, Tim communicated well and made things right. It’s clear they care about their guests. We would absolutely come back and recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable trip.

Great spot just far enough to away.

But super close to all the beaches and market. Everything a 15min or so drive away. Covid had some restrictions on when places could be open. Tide pool was sweet. Had to wait on conditions but it came together. There is a trail leading to paradise either way you go on the beach here.

Tim & Margaret thought of everything

The oceanfront location with beach access made this a perfect location. Check-in was easy, the villa was spacious and well stocked, the host was very responsive. We could not have asked for a better experience. My favorite part was the roof top terrace with an ocean view. I took my coffee up there every morning to read, enjoy the view and the sound of the crashing waves. We also had dinner up there where we were able to watch the sunset. Tim and Margaret have the villa stocked with everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. We tried several of the restaurants and suggestions in the Welcome letter and were not disappointed with any of the suggestions.

When can I go back?!?!

I think a true test of how much you liked the property is how you felt when you had to leave.... and I definitely felt sad. I missed it! Now that we are back home, I really miss it. :)Things I loved about it: 1) it was homey and cozy, and exactly how it was described online. It was stocked with beach items, and we were able to cook a few meals with no issues. 2) the 3rd level balcony is AMAZING!! We sat up there every morning with our coffee. And in the evening... and any chance we could. 3) The pool - there would be only 1 other group in the pool with us at any given time. It had pretty views and was a nice set up. 4) Communication with the owners was top notch!! They were very responsive and the guide about the area was so helpful! We ate at a couple of restaurants (Casa Islena and Mi Familia are 100% a must!!), went to a couple of sights (fun at the San Sebastian waterfalls), and to a Gallery Night in Rincon that were all on the guide/or mentioned to us by them. 5) The area is beautiful, secluded, and the neighbors were friendly. 6) Location wise, it seemed pretty centralized. Downtown Rincon is a short drive away. We headed down the coast to Cabo Rojo one day, another day we went horse riding in Isabella. I'm already thinking about when I can return. ;)

2021, May vacation.

My family and I spent 7 days on the property and we loved every minute of it. The condo had plenty of room for the 8 of us. We celebrated my son’s 9th birthday on the terrace over looking the ocean during a beautiful sun set. The property has two assigned parking spots which made things very convenient and only less than a minute walk to the house. The beach is located less than a minute walk from the house. The kids to include myself enjoyed hours of snorkeling on the private beach (snorkels are a most item to bring, we used ours a lot! Rincon bakery was great for coffee and breakfast. Steps beach was close by and another great beach for snorkeling. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Just what I needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Punta Del Mar Beach Village. Very beautiful, safe and relaxing environment which I really expected. I had a great time relaxing in the tide pool in the afternoons just behind the villa I had my own natural whirlpool ! I really enjoyed listening to the waves, the birds, the blue sky and the great view from the balcony off the main room. Tim the owner and Kenny the manager were very responsive and available to us 24/7 ! Everything was in order when we arrived at the villa. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great. You can visit beautiful beaches and find plenty of places to eat, drink and activities to enjoy within minutes. My son really enjoyed snorkeling and boogie boarding. Visit crash boat and jump off the dock into warm crystal clear waters. Visit shuga and try some Japanese treats, go to five star frappe gourmet and have an almond cheese cake frappe and go to rompeolas beach to drink a mojito de parcha ! Definitely coming back! Thank you Tim and Kenny !

Marvelous get away vacation

We stayed at Casa Magnifica from 4/9 to 4/17, 2016, and a wonderful visit it was. The villa is just as pictured and described, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We have no negatives to report. Our 3 generation family of 8 enjoyed this home for many reasons. This is a nicely furnished home and decorated with a welcoming beach theme. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for food prep, and we put the gas grill to good use. The open first floor plan offered space to spread out and never felt crowded. We appreciated the start up paper products and cleaning supplies. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. There were lots of bath and beach towels, and a very nice laundry room. The rooftop patio was a huge plus. Morning coffee, evening dinners, gorgeous views, spectacular sunsets, amazing star gazing. Only a two minute walk, with easy beach access a wonderful beach and a warm tidal pool for all to enjoy. Beach toys, coolers, beach chairs were put to good use. We snorkeled on Steps Beach, surfed within view of the villa, enjoyed the pool(it could use some shade supplying umbrellas), visited the Caves and enjoyed dinners at Cambija, la Copa Llena, Tamboo and Jacks. Winter Getaway

This was the perfect place to escape the cold, snowy east coast winter! The house is exactly as described and pictured. We found the place to be clean and very well-stocked. There were 2 adult couples, as well as 6 adult children. The couples stayed in the master bedroom and the other guest bedroom. Two of the adult children stayed on the third floor loft, and the other 3 stayed in the bunk room. We cooked dinner in one night, but every other night we went out to dinner. There are many restaurants nearby. The beach in front of the house is beautiful, but not great for sitting on the beach for the day. We had a great time sea-glassing there in the mornings. Sandy Beach, more suited for sunbathing, is a 15 minute walk or 20 minute drive away. The third floor balcony/deck was well-used. We usually started our day up there with coffee, and ended it at night with cocktails. The view is beautiful and the furniture comfortable. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. Other than Sandy Beach and a few small restaurants/bars, everything is within driving distance. The roads in Rincon are not friendly, so be sure to drive cautiously. It was nice to return "home" to our gated community each night. We felt safe and comfortable there. It is a beautiful community and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this villa! Favorite restaurants/bars include Tropical Sunset (left out of the community), Tamboo, Calypso, Shipwreck, and our favorite, Red Flambayan.

The property was spacious and clean. It was beachfront and the roof top terrace was perfect. Tim and his wife were very helpful and quickly receptive to any questions or concerns.We all enjoyed our stay and we rate this as the best trip stay yet to Puerto Rico and this was our 4th. We had 3 generations and enjoyes snorkeling, paddle boarding and more! Rincon is only a 5 minute drive. The Art Walk was wonderful! The beach was incredible!We will cone back!

We had an incredible stay. The beautiful beach is footsteps from your door. Breakfast walking distance down the beach. Sunsets to set your mind a wondering and night time star gazing that will have you asking where have these sunsets and stars been all my life. Kitchen has all you need for cooking whatever your heart desires although I recommend finding the local fish market in town. It was a persons house but they were really nice and the fish selection was excellent. Take note on the recommendations they provide when book as there are some great adventures in there with some helpful tips like bring your own bags to the grocery store. We rarely stay in the same place twice but the family really wants to go back next year to explore more. The Thursday Arts and Crafts festival is a must. Thanks for the incredible stay!

The place was beautiful and so peaceful. We went looking for sea glass on the beach, the pool was beautiful and quiet. Great place for kids & family to enjoy and central to the local town of Rincon.

Great location

This is a comfortable property with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach. Pool was nice with a great view of the ocean. Good location, close to downtown Rincon, and not too far away from Aguadilla, where there are nice surf beaches.

Maggie and I met on a Long Island beach when we were just teenagers in 1986. We both grew up in New York and raise our family there. We celebrated our Silver Anniversary in July of 2011. We have a couple of terrific children, I inspect buildings for a living and Maggie drives a school bus. When we're not working, we love to get away to our future retirement home in Rincon where we've got the pleasure of making some real nice friends over the years in and around our Puerto-Rican home. We enjoy getting away from it all whenever we can on one of those nightly JetBlue flights from JFK straight into Aguadilla-then it's only about a 25 minute drive to our vacation home's front door.

After several years of traveling the Caribbean in search for a vacation home, our search led us to Rincon, Puerto Rico where the weather is terrific and swimming in the ocean during any months is great. To wake up and immediately view the ocean/beach for the bedroom is truly a paradise on earth.

Ocean views are present form the master and second bedrooms along with the living and dining rooms. Our villa is located in the first row of buildings along the seaside in this gated community. You can walk down the beach to Casa Islena or Tamboo/Beside the Pointe (10-15 minutes). Located along a stretch of beach known for some of the best sea-glass collecting anywhere.
