Boasting lovely sound views and an enviable location just steps from the shore, spend your days lounging in the warm sand, deep-sea fishing, or embarking on kayak adventures. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Take a refreshing dip, then enjoy a cold beverage as you get lost in a good book under the swaying palms. You’ll also find Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Port A Parasail, and Mustang Island State Park all within about 10 miles when hoping to explore.

When you’re not building sandcastles or practicing your golf swing, come back to relax in the sun-drenched, open-concept living area perfect for entertaining and bursting with elegant coastal decor. Sink into the plush sofa to stream a movie marathon on the large smart TV, play board games in the loft, and then whip up a family-favorite dinner in the sophisticated kitchen with high-end appliances, a center island, and sparkling white countertops. The seamless layout, exposed beams, and expansive windows bathing the space in natural light create the ideal backdrop for spending time with loved ones. As the evening winds down, retreat to the well-furnished patio to kick back with a glass of wine and witness the breathtaking sunset.

With two comfortable bunk rooms, a loft space, and two spacious bedrooms adorned with soft linens and luxe finishes, peaceful slumbers are guaranteed for the whole family. The primary includes private balcony access ideal for stargazing after a magical day on the beach.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
