Our eco-friendly swimming pool is solar-heated, harnessing the power of the sun to naturally warm the water. This sustainable heating method ensures a comfortable swim while reducing energy consumption, offering both luxury and environmental responsibility.

📌 Importantly, the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children. There is no lifeguard on duty. Accepting this booking is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

We have two (2) security cameras on the exterior of the property facing the street and a ring doorbell which records anyone entering the home, for everyones safety. There is a camera in the backyard that came with the house. It is offline and disconnected. Nothing is being recorded in the backyard.
