Sea Watch 1411 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 14th floor on the south side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV’s, 2 DVD players, and wifi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. This property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card)per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0052655
