This spacious 11160 sq/ft home has a comfortable living and resting area that can accommodate a relaxing day, a working day, or anything in between, all while being close to the most iconic parts of the beautiful San Antonio Downtown

Guests will be staying a full house with 3 bedrooms. All the rooms include a full-size 10" memory foam bed with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron).

In addition to the room, guests also have access to a spacious and beautiful living area. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself.

🔸Strict Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly enforced. Unauthorized late check-outs heavily disrupt our cleaning schedule and will incur a $50 penalty for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.
🔸Any smoking odor or smell left inside the property will bring a $100 fee for the extra cleaning needed.
🔸No pets (No animals due to allergies)

🔸If the TV control remote gets lost, the replacement will have a $50 cost
🔸House not child-proofed; supervision required for kids
🔸No unregistered guests. Any unregistered guest will incur a $35 fee per person, per day of stay.
🔸Electric vehicle charging is not provided. If a regular outlet is used for charging, a $35 fee per night will apply.
🔸 Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
🔸Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
🔸Appliance Care: We kindly ask that you handle all home appliances with care so they remain in great condition during your visit. Please be aware that any damages or breakages caused to the appliances during your stay will result in a repair or replacement fee.

We maintain strict, ongoing professional pest control at our property. However, due to the warm Texas climate during this time of year, occasional insect sightings are completely normal for the region and sometimes unavoidable.

- To help us keep the indoors pest-free, we kindly ask that you:

- Keep all exterior doors and windows fully closed when not in use.

- Ensure food is put away or properly sealed.
