The Downtown Quartet boasts 4 adjacent pre-war remodeled bungalows on the western edge downtown. Each is detached w/fully fenced backyard. The Sunshine is a 3BR/3BA, Green Gable and Big Sky Bungalows are each 1BR/1BA, & Ruby Red is a 2BR/2BA. 5 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff shops & restaurants, Basha's grocery store, a 15 minute walk to NAU & Flag Medical Center. Private yards w/Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, BBQs & fire pits. Smart TVs w/speedy streaming Wi-Fi. Full size washer/dryers.

SUNSHINE BUNGALOW: The pre-war home features three bedrooms - two on first floor master each with ample closet and full bath adjacent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all the tub/showers.

The master bedroom is upstairs. All of the bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 200 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed.

The good sized living room is comfortable and also features the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably and doubles as workspace. The family room is really a great room, sharing space with the kitchen and bar. The living room and family rooms each have a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access with 70+ local, network, & cable channels. The fireplace is electric and can be operated with and without the remote. There is a switch inside the upper right cavity of the unit which must be in the on position to operate.

The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. The retro mint green appliances include a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a private fenced back yard and front yard. There is parking in the driveway with overflow parking on the street. We also have an RV gate if you are traveling with a trailer or RV.

GREEN GABLE BUNGALOW: Charming pre-war 1 bedroom (w/ king), 1 full bath home remodeled in 2022 on the western edge of Historic Downtown Flagstaff shops, 5 minute walk to Bashas grocery store, 15 minute walk to NAU campus and the Flagstaff Medical Center. Hardwood floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances. TVs in living room & bedroom w/streaming WiFi connection. a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is a cozy bungalow with low ceilings, approximately 6'-4" to 6'-6".

This 1945 built bungalow offers a new 2022 kitchen with shaker cabinets, granite counters, and period-style mint green and copper appliances. The living room boasts a 43" flat screen TV, fireplace, sofa futon and club chair. We have a small library of books. RUBY RED BUNGALOW: Downtown Pre-war 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow remodeled in 2022 on the western edge of Historic Downtown Flagstaff, half mile to grocery store (10 minute walk), NAU 3/4 mile (15 minute walk) to NAU and Flagstaff Medical Center. Porcelain plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, theme appliances. Fenced yard. BBQ. TVs in living room & both bedrooms w/streaming WiFi connection.

This 1934 built bungalow offers a new 2022 kitchen with shaker cabinets, granite counters, and period-style red appliances. The living room boasts a 43" flat screen TV, fireplace, sofa futon and club chair. We have a small library of books. The bedrooms offers a comfortable queen size beds along with a 43" flat screen TVs, and bedside lights that will also charge cell phones. Both bathrooms boast one piece toilets, shower or tub/shower, and shaker vanity.

We LOVE dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies).

All the homes are yours as well as are the fully fenced yards. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, charcoal BBQs and fire pits. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library – take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.

Western edge of Downtown Flagstaff - filled with history and charm. Housing options include small pre-war bungalows and larger historic homes dating back to the turn of the century. You’ll often see architecture of brick, rock, and Ponderosa Pine that is native to Flagstaff. The area is very popular for locals.
