Check out this amazing completely renovated beach home on beautiful Isle of Palms. The home is brand new inside and out! The views of Hamlin Creek and the Intercoastal Waterway from the front porch are amazing! There is a comfortable lounging area to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The backyard is a peaceful oasis with a saltwater pool and beautifully landscaped yard. This house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and is within walking distance to the beach(beach is 2 blocks away) and many restaurants and shops. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The top level has a fully stocked kitchen with 2 bedrooms, a den, dining area and two full bathrooms.
Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The downstairs also offers a full kitchen, den and dining area. The house features modern amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, and a washer/dryer. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room or enjoying the fresh air on the patio, this welcoming property is the perfect home away from home.
The beach is a short two block walk from the house- Front Beach and the boardwalk area with shops, restaurants, and bars is within walking distance- just a short 3 blocks away!

This was truly an amazing and beautiful property in a perfect location. We spent 4 nights here enjoying the spacious kitchen, living spaces, and bedrooms. The bathrooms were gorgeous and full of all we could ask for- towels, shampoo, soap, etc.The pool was chilly -in April- but that didn’t stop our teens from enjoying the lounge chairs and even taking a dip to play swim-up basketball. The short walk to shops, food, and drinks was perfect for us and our teens. The owners did a great job on this renovation and I would gladly book again!

Long Weekend Beach Trip

Great location, house had all the needed amenities. Host checked frequently to make sure we check-in ok and that we had everything we needed for our stay. My 13 year old loved the pool and overall great location for families. The Harris Teeter was 2min away driving and the beach 5min walking. Overall great long weekend beach trip.
