We wanted an escape from the Phoenix heat for ourselves and our dogs, and this cabin was perfect. It’s nestled in a quiet community in the forest, but walking distance to a family-friendly restaurant and bar. The trails have great views and the lakes are a short drive away. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, we’ll be back for sure!

Great Place

The cabin is cute, clean and very comfortable for the two of us. Love the Double D just down the street and all of the people are very friendly. I’ll be ready for another trip here soon!

Fantastic cabin in a cool location

Absolutely loved our time here. The cabin is very nice and clean. Has a very new feel to it. Tons of covered deck space for some great outdoor time and the kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The short walk to D&D General Store/Bar and Grill was a great surprise. Our kids loved playing pool and singing karaoke there while enjoying some good food and drinks. Highly recommend!

A few days away from The Valley

The cabin and property are exactly as described and in the perfect location for day hiking and fishing trips. It was great to be able to bring our pup who loved the enclosed yard. The Double D restaurant/saloon/store that is next door is ap convenient with friendly staff and patrons and great food! We really enjoyed the kitchen and being able to make our own meals in such a nice set up.

The cabin is in great shape and the inside is really nice. The neighborhood is not what I expected. Very odd and run down. All in all it was a very nice stay.
