Waterfront Mullet Lake Cottage

Perfect cottage on Mullet Lake. Over 2,000 square feet with open floor plan - kitchen leading into great room that overlooks gorgeous Mullet Lake. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 21x14 loft above garage for the kids. 4 beds in the loft, with futon and sleeper sofa. Can sleep 16 comfortably on beds. If there are more than 8 guests, you will be charged $50/person/night fee. 2 full baths. Sit on the deck overlooking the lake in this beautifully remodeled house. Also great for winter with ski slopes 30 minutes away.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking in the home.
Do not tamper with the boat that is on the hoist. Do not tie up a boat to the dock, please use the mooring near the dock.
All garbage must be disposed of either by taking it home or taking it to Pat and Gary's (directions emailed). If not removed, there is a $200 fee.
