Newly painted and furnished in 2024, this villa has 2 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 private outdoor patios overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is a true beachfront property: the white sand beach and Pacific ocean water are 50 steps from your door-a 30 SECOND walk!

The primary suite has a king bed, high vaulted ceilings and an ensuite full bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. a remote controls the blackout curtains so you can sleep well at night, and then open your curtains to see the Pacific ocean from your bed before your feet even touch the floor. The primary suite also has a large oceanfront balcony with lounging chairs for private ocean views.

The guest bedroom has brand new mattresses that can be configured two twin beds or a king, It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a loft bed that sleeps one child (old enough to climb a ladder)

Downstairs find new living room furniture (2024-not yet pictured) a gourmet full appointed cook's kitchen, full-size washer/dryer and another full bathroom with shower and a beautiful outdoor patio with ocean views.

We love books and games and there is a great selection to use during your stay-including Scrabble, parcheesi, and bananagrams, A selection of current fiction--(good beach reads). And Kadima for fun in the sand. The Palms also has a kayak and paddleboards for guest use.
