The Space:

Our luxury villa has a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a large dining room, a spacious living room and a bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the 2nd with a king bed that can convert into 2 single beds, and their respective bathrooms. Master bathroom has full jacuzzi tub marble counters, floors and spa shower. For your comfort, bath & beach towels, bathrobes, soaps, shampoo and body wash are provided complimentary. Vacation in comfort with adjustable AC, reliable Wifi, and a pool-side sunset bar. You will be blow away by the beachfront terraces and the view right from your Villa. The sunset rituals at the Palms Villas are a highlight of every vacationers stay with a tropical drink in hand and a breathtaking view.



For your entertainment, several amenities are available: 2 outdoor pools including a 100 ft infinity pool, sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards and snorkeling equipment are also free of charge for our guest. Under a large Palapa roof you will find BBQ area with two grills for outside cooking. Plus, a complete fitness room with treadmill and stationary bike and free weights.



You want to maximize your getaway, on-site, a concierge handles booking for dining, charter adventures, tee times and massages. You can enjoy a restaurant overlooking the sea or let our in-house chef service prepare and serve you a fabulous gourmet meal in the villa.

The Neighborhood:

Playa Flamingo has a vibrant marina and some great restaurants to keep you well fed on your stay. One restaurant is located right next to the condo complex and offers you a full meal service delivered right to your Villa. There is lots to do locally such as a boating excursion, tennis, surfing, and a Monday night artisan market. The best way to get around locally is by golf cart. There are 2 local grocery stores and a pharmacy within a 5 minute drive where you can get everything you need. Getting Around:

Our Villa is situated 1 hour from Liberia International Airport and most guests fly into and out of Liberia International Airport (LIR). At customs you will need a return flight and where you will be staying. You are staying at The Palms Private Residences in Playa Flamingo. After customs is baggage collection and finally a baggage scanner where you will be asked to throw out any fresh fruit and vegetables that are not allowed in the country. We only recommend a driver pick you up. You can have a car or a golf cart brought to the Villa directly saving you time and often money too! Your driver will pick you up at the main entrance to the airport. Typically they are holding a sign with your name on it. Again, we do not recommend renting a car at the airport.



Other Things to Note:

Before you pack, know that it is hot, you are staying on the beach (think humidity!), and the vibe is casual. The Pacific North Coast of Costa Rica is rich with beaches and sprinkled with all the wonders of Guanacaste: fruit trees, howler monkeys, and hot weather.



What clothing to pack. This area of Costa Rica has 2 seasons.

Dry season: November - April where barely a sprinkle will be felt.

Rainy season: May - October where there are hard rains that pass, often only for a few hours.



We recommend bringing $200-$500 hundred US dollars. Most places accept credit cards and the local banks allow you to withdraw money from your accounts. The local currency is USD and CRC (Costa Rican Colon).



Interaction with Guests:

You have 24/7 concierge services included with your stay. Our concierge team is there to help with excursions, bookings of restaurants, help with the common space use of the property, ordering more beach towels, booking daily cleaning, etc. They can help with A LOT of your questions on-site.



There are extras at the Palms that create an all-inclusive feel. A fresh beach towel daily service, daily housekeeping, internet hubs around the common grounds, a full gym with AC, a masseuse and a staffed bar to order smoothies or sunset drinks (these services are extras if they are not included in a retreat setup with us).
