My husband and I are from California. We visit Las Vegas often. We love the restaurants and going to the shows, so we decided to buy a house in Las Vegas.
When we started looking, we were initially discouraged because the houses were right on each other almost everywhere we looked. Then, we found our home in Spring Valley. It needed a lot of work, but eventually, we got through it. We have three dogs, and we are always grateful and courteous when people let us bring our dogs into their homes. When we decided to open our home to guests, we wanted to allow people to travel with their dogs. It is such a relief to be able to bring our best friends along with us. It is our goal to provide our guests with a home away from home. We welcome you.

Our home is set up for longer-term guests, 30 or more-day stays. Our guests have ranged from visiting doctors, nurses, writers, and project managers on mid-term assignments for three to four months at a time.

If you stay with us, we hope you enjoy our home. We think its lovely.

Why they chose this property

Spring Valley is comprised of mostly custom homes on large lots. This is an older community with mature trees and grassy lawns. Close enough to Las Vegas Blvd. if you want to go and have fun but far enough away to get away from the crowds for a peaceful evening at home or sitting around the pool or cozy up by the fireplace in the winter.

What makes this property unique

Our home is only 10 minutes from allegiant Stadium and Las Vegas Blvd. It’s also very close to Highway 215 and accessible to the airport. Yet the home is quiet and private. The home has a gated backyard, wide doorways and hallways, single level home, suitable for large gatherings of families and friends
