Finca Terra is a spacious, one-level home with high ceilings, and ample spaces. Upon entering is a bar room which communicates to a large kitchen and dining area. Another wide hallways leads to the bedrooms and living area. The master bedroom has a huge, private bathroom and great views. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Off the living area is a covered, screened patio--the perfect place to drink morning coffee and gaze at the stunning mountains--and in front of that is a covered yoga deck. The pool, jacuzzi and hammock patio are the ideal area to relax after a day's activities.

The property itself is gorgeous and private. There are banana plants, mango trees, a 'noni' tree, citrus, coconut palms and more. There is also gated parking for up to 3 vehicles.

While very private, there is also an attached apartment where the caretakers live--Nelson, Maria and their son, Kendry. They are not only wonderful people, but also provide maintenance, housekeeping and security, and do not intrude upon the privacy of the main home.
