Additional notes to consider:

Travel Insurance Highly Recommended: We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance as there will be no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, personal matters, or other events beyond our control. Protect your trip by securing travel insurance.

Hot Tub Guidelines:
The hot tub is for guests aged 21 and over.
Alcohol and pets are prohibited near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
Children may use the hot tub only when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
Use the hot tub at your own risk.
The hot tub takes up to 8 hours to heat up. Depending on the cleaning schedule, it may not be hot upon arrival.

Firepit Usage:
The outdoor firepit will be unavailable if a burn ban is imposed by local authorities. This is a standard safety measure.

Pet Policy:
Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if you bring a pet.

Check-In/Check-Out:
No early check-in or late check-out is permitted.
Guests must vacate the property by 10 AM on their departure day. A fee of $50 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100 for each subsequent half-hour if the property is not vacated on time.

Starter Supplies:
Our cleaners provide a starter set of single-use shampoo, bar soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent packet, one roll of paper towels, small liquid dish soap, and two rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom. Depending on your stay length, you may need to bring additional supplies.

Firewood and Charcoal:
We do not provide firewood for the firepit or charcoal for the grill. These items are available at nearby locations. We recommend bringing fire starter logs for convenience.

Seasonal Bugs:
During fall and winter, ladybugs and stink bugs are common, and in summer, palmetto bugs and carpenter bees may be present. These insects are attracted to warmth and may be found in the cabin despite regular pest control and professional cleaning. Unfortunately, they return quickly, and there is little that can be done until the season passes.

Security Camera:
An exterior camera monitors the property for security purposes only. There are no recording devices inside the cabin or around the hot tub area.

No Smoking:
Please refrain from smoking in or near the cabin. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for violations.

Wildlife and Safety Information:
Our property is located in a beautiful, natural setting, which means you may encounter local wildlife, including bears. While sightings are rare, it's important to be aware of safety guidelines:
Do not leave food or trash outside. Bears are attracted to food smells, so store all items securely.
Be cautious during dawn and dusk, when bears are more active.
Keep a safe distance if you do see a bear. Never approach or feed them.
Make noise while hiking or moving around the property to avoid surprising a bear.

Owner's Closet:
The bedroom closet will be the owner's closet and is not accessible to guests.

We look forward to hosting you and ensuring you have a memorable stay in the Smoky Mountains!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Love the location!

We love the location and privacy. We have stayed in this location previously with different owners and love the updates that have been made, especially outside. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little place for a weekend away! Such a cute little cabin and clean! The hot tub was a great way to relax after walking around the outlets, The Island and Gatlinburg. The cabin is on a little gravel road but is still easily accessible (we drove a mini cooper out there but don’t recommend that if there’s even a slight chance of snow.) No dishwasher so be prepared to hand was dishes, we do that at home so no issues for us. I do wish there would have been a washer and dryer though just to be able to dry bathing suits or because I’m the type to almost always spill food on me. But overall highly recommend for a couples getaway!

Weekend getaway

The cabin was clean and we had a very easy check in and check out. The only down side we found is the bedroom did not have a closet for us to hang our clothes. Other than that we cant complain. I would recommend this place for a one or two night stay.
