Nice, well kept and in a good neighborhood. We didn't need the kitchen but it was well stocked. Parking from the rear made this very private and quite. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each morning, and to local brewery one night.

Consider parking on the street and remaining hitched if towing a trailer as the alleyway behind the house while nice is very difficult to navigate. High point is the sun porch but needs shades for privacy. Discussed with owner to purchase a dining set. He seemed responsive. Place was very clean and nice choice of furniture.
