You'll be just minutes away from the pristine beaches of Fenwick Island State Park and family-friendly Northside Park. Various dining options are close, and Old Pro Golf is just a mile and a half away if you're looking to test your putting skills. Adventure-seekers will rejoice at the convenience of being near Island Watersports, where they can rent boats, watercraft, kayaks, and paddle boards for endless fun on the water. An electric car charger in the garage makes getting around even more convenient, and there's an outdoor shower by the front door when you return from a day on the sand.

The open-concept interior boasts a pristine chef's kitchen with a high-end range hood, stainless steel appliances, and fun gadgets like a coffee grinder, slow cooker, and rice cooker. Cooking oil and spices are there to start you off, so you'll just need to add groceries. Unwind in the living area watching something on the TV, complete with surround sound to enhance the experience. Better yet, take advantage of the Yamaha MusicCast to stream music through the speakers there and in the dining area, or out on the deck. On the subject of being outside, you'll have your choice of outdoor living spaces, including a fun firepit area. For a casual option, utilize the gas grill on the second-story deck and dine alfresco under the sun.

All bedrooms include attached bathrooms for maximum convenience, as well as Roku TVs, and the primary's en suite is a stunner with a garden soaking tub and separate subway-tiled walk-in shower. This suite also features a private furnished balcony for mid-day lounging.

Additional comforts of home include central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer in the separate laundry room with a utility sink.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
