New and modern

Beautiful new home in a new construction neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating and replied quickly to all our questions. Few little hiccups when the fridge went out and the hot tub not working properly but the owner took care of things right away for us. We’d stay here again!

Fantastic!!

We had a fantastic stay! We were a military family visiting family on leave and the owners were very accommodating! Owners were very responsive! Home was gorgeous and super clean! Very close to the beach and had the most beautiful pool and most comfortable beds ever slept in! We will definitely be back! Thank to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Fantastic Stay – Beautiful Home & Thoughtful Extras!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, well-appointed, and located in a lovely neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.One of the highlights was the abundance of thoughtful extras—plenty of towels for both the bath and beach, as well as beach chairs, pool and beach toys, and even a putting green, which was a fun touch! While it was disappointing that Englewood Beach was closed due to the hurricane, having all these amenities at the house made our stay even more enjoyable.We truly appreciated the attention to detail and convenience of having everything we needed right at our fingertips. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Quite a Disappointment

Two major problems with the house for a 5 day stay. First, the hot tub is controlled offsite by the manager and it only got hot from 7 pm to 9 pm each day. The rest of the time it was as cold as the pool. Clearly the pool and hot tub should not be advertised as heated. Quite a disappointment for a winter rental. Second, the main refrigerator in the house did not work. Temperature ranged in mid 70s when we checked in and never improved. We had to go to garage fridge to get food or ice which was quite a hassle for 5 days. Manger was contacted each day during our stay but did not resolve the problems.
