The property was all that and more! It was clean beautiful and very well furnished with quality items. The beds were the best. Everyone slept well. We met the host while she was looking at other properties in the area and she was very friendly and nice to visit with. Its a very nice place folks!!

Great floor plan for a family including two decks. Main floor great room that included a powder room bathroom worked great. Kids loved the hot tub. Upper level master was very spacious and the other two bedrooms upstairs sharing the other full bath worked well. Easy access to a grocery store and 15 minutes to Canal Park Al in a beautiful new development.

Very clean and spacious. Nice area, with a walking and biking trail very close. Excellent communication to/from the host Jinell. Enter on one level, with one floor down and two up. Many steps, which was not a problem for us but could be for some visitors. All of the full bathrooms had showers only with no bathtubs. Not a big deal, but could be for some visitors with children. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Best of all, there were no surprises. Everything as described and communicated to us. Great place!

We loved this home while we visited our son at UMD. It fit our large group and dog with ample space. The views were pretty! We enjoyed the nearby trail to walk our dog. The beds and entire home’s furnishings were above average compared to others I’ve stayed in.

Nice Landing Spot. Quiet but close to downtown and activities

New homes along the St. Louis River. Our house had virtually any amenity you could want for cooking, activities and relaxing. We were a group of eight and never felt pinched for space, either to spread out or to be together in one room.
