This amenity stocked, 3 bedroom two bathroom property is beautiful and spacious, with an open living room connecting the first and second floor, a pool table, in the living room, a foosball table, a card table, retro arcade game, an indoor hottub and a sauna.

Located in the Emerald Lakes development of Mount Pocono, there are 6 stocked lakes within the community, as well as an indoor pool, fitness center, basketball courts, and playgrounds. There is a fee, payable to the community, to use the amenities. The cost per person is $20 for a one day pass, $30 for a 3 day pass, and $50 for a one week pass.

Khalahari water park, the Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback, and the Pocono outlets are all within 10 minutes; the Pocono Raceway is 20 minutes away, and the Pocono Outlets are 15 minutes away. The Delaware State Forest abuts the Emerald lake community, so hiking and biking trips couldn’t be easier.

Feels like borrowing a friend’s cabin for the weekend. Surprisingly spacious, well laid out and very cozy! Plenty of room for 4 adults and convenient location to Poconos Raceway. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with properties tucked into the trees.

Our family stayed at Patrick’s place for five days in late November, and enjoyed one of our best Thanksgiving reunions ever here. Incredibly relaxing time with so much to enjoy just staying in. The house is like a guy’s dream man cave. We never left except to stock up on food! Patrick is a great host; very attentive and responsive. Thank you, Patrick. We’ll be back!

Patrick was a great host. Any questions I had he answered in a timely manner. House had great features. Pool table, video game and the hot tub was amazing!! Close to activities and outlets. Definitely would recommend!

What a hidden gem!

I am very happy with my vrbo rental! The house is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdasack and the wildlife are waltzing around without a care in the world. The house is big and has tons of things to keep you entertained. The host has been readily available and laid back. 10 of 10, would stay here 100x over. Did I mention the hot tub?!

In desperate need of a thorough cleaning and a new host

To say the 'Premier Host' that manages this property lacks a bit of initiative would be a gross understatement. We had to message the host twice on our way to get check in details and the same for the check out process. Just about every flat surface in the house was dusty enough to write my name in it. The carpet obviously hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while and the black mold on the shower curtain liner was just the topper. It's too bad this property isn't managed better because it is in a beautiful secluded area and this could be a 5 star review but the host doesn't seem to care much about their responsibilities.

Hey Scott, you’re a liar. First, if the house is filthy like you say, why is it nobody else has ever mentioned that when been it’s rented out every weekend since the end of June 2024? The people who left the day before you thought I did a good job and gave me a 5 star as did the people who arrived the day you left. That’s pretty weird, seems like you’re the only one who has ever felt that way as yours is the worst review I’ve ever gotten out of more than 150 reviews in two years. Second, this couldn’t have anything to do with the fact you were really upset over the fact that I was 9 minutes late in responding to your text because my truck broke down in new Years Eve on the way to clean the house for you would it? If you had just shown up to the house at 4:00 you would have seen AAA towing my truck out of the driveway because my transmission had gone out. I really regret leading you a good review despite the fact that you were really rude on the phone. I always leave my guests good reviews because I like my guests to have a good experience, but in your case I really should have made an exception. Please never come back to any of my properties again.
