Welcome to Orlando Disney top-class villa, the luxury, bright and spacious vacation home that has near 3000 sq/ft located in the prestigious gated Emerald Island resort, Orlando, Florida.

The villa can accommodate up to 4 families with 3 king/2 queen/6 twin beds in 8 bedrooms. It provides all of the benefits of your own home whilst on vacation: beds/beddings/towels, fully equipped open bright kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free phone calls in the US, LCD TV in the family room and each bedroom, laundry room, game room and screened pool and spa with water view. Our management company is available 24/7 to support and answer your questions.

Award Winning gated community in a prime location, about 3 miles south west of Walt Disney World, within one mile to varieties of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping mall. Stunning Clubhouse with full service reception, opens 7 days a week. Gate is guarded 24/7. Car Passes are needed to gain entry into the resort. Driveway and off street parking up to 6 cars are available.

Thank you for staying in our vacation home! The hot tub is set to a target temperature of 100°F. On colder days, it may take a bit longer to reach this temperature. For the best experience, we recommend starting the timer 20–30 minutes before you plan to use it so the heater has time to warm the water to a comfortable level.

We had three families in town for a dance competition and this house was perfect. All the rooms were comfortable. It was a chilly weekend, so the heated pool and hot tub really came in handy.The owner of the property, Chelsea, was great to work with. She responded quickly to all of my texts and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.Check in was a breeze and the clubhouse manager was awesome to work with.I would definitely stay here again!!

My family of 8 had a great stay here at Chelsea's property. The house was large, well kept, and fully furnished. Without traffic, driving to Animal Kingdom, Epcot and the Studios was about 15 minutes, and to the TTC about 20 minutes.There were a few areas that showed signs of wear and tear, but that's to be expected of a rental property, and nothing detracted from our stay. And Chelsea was always helpful in answering any questions we had.The kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, plates, and silverware. There were two dishwasher pods, and we bought a bag of dozen while we were there. We also bought a few more rolls of toilet paper for our large party.The kids loved the pool, and the beds were nice and soft. You will pay 20 per vehicle at the gatehouse when you first check in, allowing you to bypass the guard and just drive through the gate using a QR code.We had a groceries delivered with Walmart and Amazon. Just a heads up, Walmart wouldn't accept "Kissimmee" as the city, but "Four Corners" does work, so keep that in mind if adding the address doesn't work for you.Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thanks Chelsea!

Our stay was fantastic! The property manager was very responsive and took immediate action to even the slightest issue ( a smoke detector battery alerted that it needed to be changed). My wife said that it was handled faster than I would do it.. We absolutely recommend staying here and will do it again.
