Our much sought after first floor larger 2 bedroom corner unit is located in the 500 Building and provides a panoramic view of the Gulf, sand dunes, and boardwalk entrance from our living room/patio. NO busy road to cross or steps to climb!! Approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs are available for your use at no additional cost with this unit.
The condo has a master suite with queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds and there is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two. If travelling with a baby, there is a pack and play & Bumbo in the bedroom closet.
Cable flat screen TV’s are located throughout the unit. A 40” HDTV with DVD/VCR is located in the living/dining room area. A 26” flat screen TV is located in the master bedroom. A 20” TV with DVD is located in the second bedroom.
The amenities of our complex, Beachside Villas, includes two outdoor pools (one heated for winter use), 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, outdoor grills, party deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world!
Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds BUT very close to so many of the activities that bring people back to this part of the Panhandle year after year. It is located in close proximity to Destin and Panama City Beach- SEASIDE is less than 5 minutes also. You can rent bikes and travel along the beautiful bike paths to charming Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Also, Deer Lake State Park is less than a mile down the beach with hiking trails and sand dunes. Top golf courses are nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club.
San Destin resort and the Silver Springs outlets are 20 minutes away. Also, miniature golf, Pier Park, Shell Island and water parks can be found nearby in Panama City or Destin.

Perfect place for our family
This place was perfect. Close to the beach and tucked away from all the traffic. Just the way we like it. We felt like we were in our home away from home!
So glad you enjoyed your visit. We love being so close to the beach but away from the traffic. Nothing is better than being able to see and hear the ocean with your coffee on the patio every morning. Hope you will visit with us again in the future.
One of our best selections
We have traveled to this location for the past 15 years for a family reunion. Your condo accommodations were one of the best we've ever leased. Amenities were excellent and all appliances were modern and all working. We would consider booking again in the future. Two issues that cast no aspersions on your part. The outside breezeway light was apparently burned out . That makes it really dark and we had a problem keying the lock. Also, again not your fault is the parking of cars by those non-resident individuals that use . parking places to visit the beach. This is a problem we have faced over the years. I blame the management for not better enforcing parking regulations. There needs to better oversight on this issue. The posting of signs warning of possible tow away of vehicle if a non-resident.
Th issue is most frustrating on the weekends when locals visit the beach. If we leave the lot for a destination, our spots are all taken when we return. There were parking passes provided that we did fill out and use but there is no enforcement connected so frankly they are useless. As a retired law enforcement officer I can tell you that a unenforced rule or regulation is useless.
There needs to be a security individual to enforce these rules, especially on the weekends. The should be provided with license numbers of residents vehicles. If a resident invites a guest then their vehicle should also be provided with parking permit for the day. With a posted lot, violators vehicles could be towed away without liability. It would only take a few times before the word would get around and violations would lessen.
But this isn't a reason for us not to consider this unit in the future.
We are glad you enjoyed your visit to our condo and look forward to your return. We also wanted to let you know that the HOA is addressing the issue with visitors parking in our parking lot. That is one of the issues with being so close to the beach. But it is recognized and is being addressed. And thanks for letting us know the outside light was out, we'll make sure it is replaced this week.
Good location and very nice condo.
Very nice condo. Only 2 issues. The porch light is burnt out. Makes the breezeway to dark to see key box. Not severe issue. One issue, which is no fault of condo owners is the fact that nonresidents use our parking spots to go to the beach all day. This is an issue we have faced when ever we get one of the units just off Seaside. I blame Garret Services for not better enforcing this issue. They issue parking passes but do nothing to enforce restrictions. Posting of tow away signs and towing a few flagrant violators would serve to prevent such violations.
Our option in the future is to book a condo on in a building not on the beach traffic route. It wont prevent us from returning. Just location.
Only a 20 minute ride to Pier Park in Panama City Beach, or a 20 minute ride to SanDestin Outlet Malls, and a 2 minute ride to Seaside. Lots to do in Seagrove or surrounding areas for all ages. Enjoy the wonderful bike trails.
