It was all about the location!! The house & property were super clean & very organized. The house is older & the setup (downstairs bathrooms) are a tad odd. The pictures make it much bigger than it is...but hey we weren't there to live it, only for 4 days. We would DEFINITELY rent this house again no question about it. The pool was wonderful, love how you can walk right in it like going to the beach. The neighbors are very close, but it's pretty quiet overall.

This house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. There were a lot of little things that made it feel more like home like tissues in the bathrooms, cushions for the outside furniture, lots of pool rafts, etc. The home was extremely clean and we will definitely be looking to book again for next year. The area the house is located in is also beautiful and quiet. What a great vacation!

Place was as shown outside of no slide for the pool but that was fine for us. Place was clean family friendly and great location for boaters. Places to eat close by, grocery store close by and anything you need really close by. If going into the beach also very short drive over the bridge and you are on the sand. Host lives next store and very friendly. Place had a few card games and things as well and all rooms have small TVsNew pans and enough dishes for us to cook most meals at the house. Pool was great with the walk in area or sun shelf to just get wet and cool of while the kids swim. All in all a great birthday/ Father’s Day with the family for me
