Relax in style and comfort in this cozy newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. Modern kitchen with all cooking utensils and pots and pans needed to make a meal. Also equipped with a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Master bedroom has its own on suite full bath. Smart 40 inch TVs in each bedroom and a 58 inch smart TV in living Room. Spacious fenced in backyard. Guests will love location as we are close to downtown, stores, shopping, restaurants, I40, and all parks as well as ATU.

Eric is a great host. Good communication. Snacks, drinks, condiments, and toiletries were a nice touch. We were in town for a wedding. The house is centrally located, which made it easy to run around. The house is a little small, but it had everything we needed and we were comfy.

We’ll definitely be coming back. The house is in a quiet area, and actually is way nicer than the photos show! Also close to town and anything you could need. My kids enjoyed playing cornhole with the boards they have for you to use.
