This sprawling Rainbow River Estate sits on 9 acres of land & has over 220' of riverfront on the beautiful clear blue waters of the Rainbow River. The main house features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, with an expansive screened porch for dining al fresco or grilling out. Guest cottage features another 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with total room for 24+. This estate has all the luxuries you need for a fun trip- shuffleboard, basketball, cornhole, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, ping pong, darts, fishing gear, games, movies, smart TVs, & more!!! This property is also centrally located, with walk-ability to several local restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to the Dunnellon Historic Shopping District, more groceries and restaurants. A short 10 minute drive to the KP Hole or Florida Blue Springs Park at the river head, there are also bike and hiking trails nearby. Come stay a weekend, week, or month and bring all your family and friends!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Clean the grill including grease trap, & make sure the gas is off @the grill & tank.Extinguish any embers in fire pit w/water in metal bucket provided. Replace all fire pit tools &bucket to the porch.

Use cart to remove all garbage and place outside gate on Blue Cove Drive (see map). Return garbage cart to the closet in the garage

Place all canoes, kayaks, paddleboards on rack on side of house, all paddles in the garage closet and hang life jackets on the pole. Return floats & tubes to storage in or behind the garage.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No illegal or recreational drugs allowed, no vaping or eCigs.

Children must be supervised at all times. When on the river, kids under the age of 6 must have a life jacket on at all times.

Rainbow River Trip

Amazing property and great access to the river. Plenty of room to keep our large party entertained and included. Recommend taking walk in morning or evenings to see all the nearby wildlife, amazing part of Florida and a great property to make lasting memories with family and friends.

Thanks Chris, you are right! While the Rainbow River Estate is full of fun, it is also a perfect place to relax and let life slow down. The deer, turkeys, gopher turtles, birds, otters, and other wildlife on and around the river are cool to just sit and watch for hours on end. We are so glad you and your family and friends got to experience a little bit of everything and we can't wait to have you back!

Our host was awesome. Natalie was very accommodating, very quick to respond to questions. The new dock was awesome for sitting and the room to play outdoor games was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for large parties.
This was just the young adults part of the clan that stayed at Natalie's Place. Great views from house and plenty of room to play. We had a great time.

Celebration of life

My husband loved the Rainbow River- so I rented the river house for family and friends who were traveling here to celebrate his life and attend his memorial. We needed a large property with activities for all ages- we had ages 12 to 89 year olds and this house worked for all of us.
