Curtis Park Historic District combines the best of what Denver has to offer. Mature tree lined streets with beautiful brick houses with character, and walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We built our house around the prospective City and mountain views from our full-sized rooftop and rooftop hot tub and fire pit. This 2023 build combines the charm of an 1900 inspired Italianate brownstone home with a modern and comforting interior.
