Absolutely No Smoking anywhere on property. Children over 12 considered. Pets considered. We are artists and this is an artists' home filled with trinkets, collectibles and curios which should be left untouched. Great to look at though! Although we have never experienced any reason for concern, we keep all outer doors locked when no one is on the premises and/or when everyone is on upper floor.

Why they chose this property

Coastal Georgia is a fantastic place! Great weather most of the year, beautiful beaches, access to lots of other fun places like Savannah (1 hr.) Fernandina Beach (1 hr.) and Orlando or Charleston (3 hrs each). Great kayaking, biking, birding, and lots of photo opps! We love antique and older homes and we like walking to town for dinner or a show.

Uniquely placed in downtown Historic Brunswick on famous Union Street, our home is central most things coastal Georgia has to offer with especially easy access to both Jekyll Island (our favorite for beaches, nature, golf, history) and St. Simons Island (restaurants, night life, golf, shopping) as well as the happenings of our charming Downtown Historic Brunswick (dining, shopping, farmers markets, brewery, rum distillery, antiques, cultural events and more).
