Great stay in the Poconos

This is a great house, inside and out! The kitchen has everything you need and I love that the hosts provided all toiletries so there is no need to pack extra. The hot tub is great and the fire pit area was fun for our family of four. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with the neighborhood check in process. Perfect table for playing games with the family. The only thing I would pack for next time would be my own, oversized towels for the hot tub. I’d definitely recommend this rental.

Two nights of terrible sleep. Details stated air conditioner , which there was none. Two fans in two rooms. Other rooms had none. Windows couldn’t be opened all the way due to brackets stopping windows. Two rooms had sliding doors but no screen doors attached. Very uncomfortable to sleep for all members. Asked for some compensation due to misinformation, no reply by owner. There are many options in Poconos. I did not do through research on this property just went by the details which I assumed were true. Lesson learned. Be aware.
