They were accommodating and able to switch my reservation when I messed up and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was excellent.

Getaway

We went on a couples getaway. Stayed at this very nice hotel with great views of the water line. Checkin was quick although we had to switch our room because we was given a room with one bathroom instead of a two bedroom with two bathrooms.

When booking there wasn’t any mention of the additional $35 per day charge. Also a 20% service charge is automatically added on EVERY purchase, even a can of Coke I picked up. However the staff especially the valet/doorman was super nice and helpful.

My stay was a complete disaster. They took extra money 70 when that wasn’t in my total when I paid for the room, they gave me a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and I paid for a 2 bathroom. Nobody compensated with me, or followed up. False advertisement on the site they need to change that.

Incorrect addresses was provided for property when booked. Floors in the room ware sticky. There is no onside free parking, only valet or paid public parking available. Long check it process at the lobby. Only one person, but there ware 3 security guards standing around

So many hidden fees they dont tell you

The stay waa ok the hidden fees and when i left i was charged another 180 that I have no clue for and you can't speak to anyone at the hotel

The listing when you click on the get directions link doesn’t give you the right directions to the place so that was confusing. It also doesn’t tell you about any hidden fees so it ended up being about 30 more that what the listing shows. We didn’t get a 2 bathroom like the listing says and the 2nd bed is a couch bed that you can feel the springs when sleeping on. They also don’t already have sheets for the couch bed and when you call downstairs no one picks up. We ended up having to go downstairs to ask and they acted like they had no clue what we were wanting so had to repeat ourselves multiple times. They then took an hour and half to bring up. The place was really clean and the view from the balcony was really pretty, but they just need to be more transparent with what we are getting. I had also messaged them and they never responded to me.
