Welcome to Cedar Key, a vibrant and ALIVE waterfront community. Not for us the sterile sand beaches, our town is filled with the sounds of birds greeting the day, fish slapping the water as they jump almost onto your seat, and the mysterious sounds no one is quite sure who or what they are. Saw grass filled estuaries are home to myriad bird species, the nursery of many fish species and provide the perfect breeding grounds for Cedar Key’s attraction, SEAFOOD.
Cedar Key’s finest water views are waiting for you at this 2/2 residential condominium, perched at the edge of Goose Cove. With a patio on the ground level, accessible only through the private bedroom/bath, and a balcony on the second level, your mornings can start with the sights of mullet jumping, egrets and herons stalking their breakfast, and an occasional porpoise breaking the water as it follows the wake of a clam boat on its daily trek to the lease.
Sunsets, now, they are the oomph of this home. Goose Cove is THE setting for Cedar Key’s finest sunsets, year round. From the pinks and lilacs of a spring setting to the deep reds and vibrant purples of a winter sunset, you will appreciate all the seasons here. While the entire great room opens onto this view, you may never want to step inside as the salt air entices you to linger just a few more minutes. Patio furniture makes it comfortable to do so, just sit back and enjoy!
Nicely appointed, the great room has a galley style kitchen, with electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. The dining table seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar with stools. There is ample service for 6, including a full set of glassware, cutlery, dishes and pots and pans.
The unique design of this condominium lends itself well to group travel. The master bedroom is in the loft, above the main living area, with the entirely separate 2nd bedroom at ground level. Each bedroom has its own bath, fully equipped with linens and paper products. The master bedroom has views through the sliding glass doors of the living room; the downstairs bedroom has its own patio.
Washer and dryer are at ground level, just outside the 2nd bedroom. Cable TV is provided in the living room and the downstairs bedroom. The ever changing waterfront is just outside your balcony doors.
Fishing? Bring your boat, there is a large dock and fish cleaning table for your use while you stay with us. Cedar Key is very tide dependent; please plan accordingly.

We are part time Pennsylvanian residents, winter Cedar Key residents, moving to Cedar Key full time in May 2017.
We bought the townhouse to be closer to family, our daughter and son in law own an adjacent unit, we want to keep it in the FAMILY.
Jennie Pinto purchased this condo in 2016
Cedar Key is a piece of paradise. Quiet streets, friendly people, GOOD restaurants and delicious seafood are it's main draws. The stunning views and SUNSETS from our condo are just added benefits.
We can fish all day, bring our catch almost to the door, clean and cook our day's harvest, then walk downtown to relax at one of the local pubs. Walking, bicycling, golf carting, we can lead a quieter life here. Only 10 blocks to downtown, we are tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, right on Goose Cove. The stunning sunsets can not be surpassed ANYWHERE.
Beautiful scenery! dolphins, ospreys, pelicans, very close to restarants, fishing pier, boat ramp and beach area
This condo was great. We had five, so one slept on the couch. We had all the comforts of home with the peace and quiet we needed. Thank you Jenny!
The condo was immaculately clean and the AC kept it very comfortable although the outside was intensely hot & humid. We did absolutely NO cooking, not even morning coffee (Holey Moley was great for coffee, and it's ready by 7 AM). The condo is very conveniently located for restaurants. The view of the Gulf and barrier islands is good. There were just the 2 of us, so we didn't need the 2nd bedroom/bathroom. If you do need those spaces note: there's no interior access to the 2nd bedroom/bath. Thus it is not suitable if you have children; and may not be if you have an elderly or handicapped relative/friend with you. Otherwise, enjoy.
We could not have been happier with the accommodations. We came here to get married, and spend our honeymoon. It was quiet and serene. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets and dolphin shows every day. Having the boat dock was incredibly handy and we just could not have had a better time. It is very clean and Jennie was awesome. Friendly and helping with every question. If you getting married, they have Betty who marries people. It is definitely a place we will return to. LOVED IT!!
Couldn't have been happier. Loved crabbing off the dock. Short walk to town for kayak rental or to buy fresh clams off the boat. Church was close by. Visiting nearby museums & checking out nature trails was fun. Accomodations were great for the price; kitchen had every untensil, and the view across the bay & into the Gulf was beautiful. I'm ready to go again. Thanks, Jeanie!
Nice place with a great view of the water. Only a couple of miles walk to the downtown area. Our little dog Kenzie had a great time sitting out watching the birds. It was nice to sit out on the dock which is new. Probably not a place for children as there is not much to keep them busy.
