Water is at lower level between October - April ....Dock is not Usable during this time, but still plenty of relaxation and fishing. Sale Creek Campground public boat ramp is 4 miles away to launch your boat during the winter.

Nightfall Concert Series are free concerts every Friday night in Miller Park downtown Chattanooga. Starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through the end of September.

We had a lovely weekend at The Recovery Room. The pictures don’t do the house justice! It is beautiful and so comfortable and roomy. We loved the big screen TV downstairs for watching football on a lazy Saturday afternoon, and the teenagers enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. So relaxing!

We stayed here for Fall break so water was low and it was too cool for typical lake activities, but the view is gorgeous, the area was quiet and the place is beautiful! We were able to use the peddle boat and kayak and enjoy fishing all around the immediate area. The house has a view from so many windows and two large balconies. It’s well appointed and we lacked nothing. Kitchen is very well stocked. Starter supplies of many things. Tons of blankets, pillows and towels. We enjoyed the game room and theater room downstairs. Owner is quick to respond and answer questions. Planning when we can go back and bring friends!

We had a really good time here! The lake is beautiful and the cove is quiet. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and hanging out by the fire pit. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. we have a little one under two and the theater room was a great blacked out space for him to sleep in, the pack and play that was available was super convenient. i would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for the beautiful space!

Wonderful getaway to enjoy some quality time with family. House was wonderful with great views and access to the lake for boating and paddle boarding. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and pingpong. Would have been ideal to have one more bedroom with a queen or king size bed for adults but we made do with the queen bunks.

We stayed for a week house was everything we could ever ask for plenty of parking for 4 boats and trucks as long as you have guys who know how to back a boat very well first night took us a second to figure out the parking but after that it was pretty easy!

Has it all!

We stayed for a week during a fishing tournament and this property was perfect! We all loved it and would have not had to leave at all if it werent for the commitments we had off property. The boat ramp was super convenient, the theater room and ping pong table gave us reprieve from the sun when needed, and the views are unforgettable. Troy was also uber responsive with any questions we had - great host! For the rate this place cant be beaten. We wil stay again in a heartbeat if our travels bring us back.

Great family getaway!

House was great & host was responsive to all needs. The kids enjoyed playing in the water! It was so nice being in the cove and not worry about the kids getting pulled out into the lake. The water is only a few feet deep by the dock so our kids (10 & 12 yrs) were able to stand up. They (and I) loved the SUPs! The adults got to relax and enjoy the view. We had some intense ping pong battles as well!

Best Week Ever

This was an amazing lake house. The house was even larger than it appeared in the listing. We had a group of 12 ranging from 7 to 72 and we all fit very comfortably. House was well laid out, kitchen was well stocked, property was clean, water was clear, - We really could not have asked for a better week! The covered dock worked out great for our boat. The cove was private and secluded- we swam out to the buoy at the entrance most mornings. Troy, the owner, was easily reachable if needed and clearly made every effort to make sure everything went smoothly on our trip.

Bad Mattress and worms?

Overall, the view was the best part of the home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, with deteriorating mobile homes very close by. The home was dirty in several aspects including the grill, windows, the laundry room had a very bad odor coming from the sink area and there were little round worms all over the floor next to any exterior door with land access. This made me very nervous, considering we had our 2 dogs with us. Our dogs are vaccinated and treated for everything but I don’t know what the worms were. The mattress on the only non bunk bed in the home made sleeping very difficult, it needs to be replaced, as many others have commented. It rises on the side and rolls you into the middle and had no support. This is the only VRBO I would not book again I’ve stayed in if given the chance.
