The hot tub was unfortunately out of service due to a part failure from a prior guest — we notified you of this before check-in and processed a $150 goodwill refund through VRBO, which our records confirm was completed. Regarding the shower curtain — it had a permanent stain which we replaced during your stay. There was no mold present. The downstairs toilet required a simple plunge, with the plunger located right next to it. We also accommodated a last-minute early check-in and late checkout request at no charge, which required us to reschedule our cleaning team at additional cost to us. We genuinely try to provide a great experience for every guest and address issues promptly when they arise. We wish you well.

We stock two large boxes of trash bags from Costco in the laundry room, along with cleaning supplies — these were available throughout your stay. We're sorry you weren't able to locate them. Regarding the outdoor furniture — the property is a corner lot and wind naturally brings in some dust and debris, which is noted in our listing. We do want to share that following your checkout our cleaning team discovered the property had been used for a large birthday celebration, leaving confetti and glitter throughout the carpeted floors, and there was also a blood stain found on one of the beds. None of these concerns were raised with us during your stay. We welcome constructive feedback but also ask that guests respect the property they are staying in. Ruban
