We moved right into Libby’s condo and made it our home away from home! Beautiful condo, full amenities, incredible wildlife and a great pool. We used Jenny Chapman via Rents4Baby and got everything we needed for our 3 yr old and 6 month old. A great time for all.

Great Weekend

This condo is fantastic, the view of the boats going by and the ability to walk to restaurants was great. I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view from the patio. We saw dolphins, a manatee, numerous boats and gorgeous sunsets.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

Working with Libby was a delight from start to finish!! She was so kind, willing to help and answered every single question I had. The room was exactly as the pictures showed! Extremely clean when we arrived, it was perfect for my family! The patio and pool was a huge thing for us. And the fishing out back is the best! We caught so many different types of fish while there. Beaches are minutes from the home and so many cool places to eat! recommend staying here!

Wonderful place!

NoteLibby’s place was fantastic! Everything was super clean and just as pictured - the perfect space for our family of four. The living room and kitchen were well set up to view the water (we saw dolphins!) and to hang out as a family. We cooked dinner there and had plenty of pans, dishes, etc.. I prefer a regular coffee maker, but there was a Keurig there and a reusable k-cup, so that worked fine.A great plus: the closet has a bunch of really nice beach stuff to use - sand toys, beach chairs, beach tote & towels - even a nice soft-side cooler (and ice packs in the freezer)! Not many units like those giant condo complexes so we had the pool to ourselves & it was very clean and the perfect temp! Also great location - you can easily walk to Snook Inn and several other cafes & shops. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing 10/10. We stayed with 3 kids 15/13/9 & they never wanted to leave the condo even to go to the beach. We saw so many dolphins right out front we stopped counting. They were also in awe at all the fish they caught off the dock and almost every species you could ask for including seeing a stingray and making friends with the pelicans. There were a few fishing rods there that the kids used and set up the way the guys at serenity bait (3min) away taught them and then went through loads of live shrimp. We did a guided fishing charter & the kids actually did better off the docks than on our charter. The pool was nice. Everyone else there was so kind and chill. This place is a nice and quiet break from all the people on the island yet you are still walking distance from good restaurants and a neat fish market in the hidden old town Marco boardwalk (2min walk). The beaches are a 6-12 min drive away and the shells and sand dollars are plentiful especially if you take the long walk to the secluded ends. This condo has plenty of towels and a nice kitchen set up for you meals in. Board games to entertain, comfortable beds and a private patio area. The pictures don’t do it justice. I was scared of the “canal” not having the best vibe…. For us it was better than if we would have been right on the ocean & didn’t feel canal like at all. Still got all the big boats, cool wildlife and way less people plus privacy and bonus fishing. Would definitely rent again!!!

No flexibility

Our flights were cancelled for weather. This area was under a flood watch. States of emergency issued and owner would not issue even a partial refund. Every other vendor/guide issued full refunds. Heck even American Airlines issued a full refund. Renter beware!

Vrbo set the cancellation policy to 14 days and we adhere by that policy. Please buy the trip insurance next time you travel. If we refunded every guest that was coming when a storm or circumstances came up we would not have a business.

We had a great time! Great views everyday! I would highly highly recommend staying here. We love the decor, had everything we needed in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.Great communication with the owner!
