Great location! Very clean. Loved this place. Will be our “ Key West” place if we head there again. Very close to Duvall and everything thing else we did/visited. And the bed was so comfy!!!

We were in a great location. Close to everything but still peaceful. Our host thought of everything. The back patio was amazing and the hot tub was perfect!We can’t wait to return!

Preferred Properties Gets My Highest Recommendation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and forced to cancel our vacation to Key West. Due to the efforts of Angela @ Preferred Properties, I am able to file a travel insurance claim. Without her help my trip would have been a total loss. I cannot rate the property itself as we didn't actually stay there. However, we chose this property because of the amenities offered and it was dog friendly. Preferred Properties kept in constant communication with us prior to our vacation to make sure everything would go smoothly. This review requires a rating of the property so only based on the customer service I received, I'm going to give it 5 stars. We will try to book the same trip again in the future and Preferred Properties will be my choice!

Key West Getaway

The house was great and the patio beautiful but hard to enjoy because of the Pot smell! Also the mattress on the bed was way too soft.Other than those two things we loved the location and walked almost everywhere!

Great location - close to everything but away from the noise of Duvall street. Private outdoor space is a great way to enjoy a quiet morning, recharge before dinner, or relax before bed. Easy check-in and no long list of chores for check-out. Would stay here again.

The back deck was an awesome. Had a very clean HotTub that we enjoyed every night. Everything In old town is built on top of each other. But with the tall privacy fence and the foliage of the trees, it was pretty secluded. I used the private shower outside everyday. Loved it! Best part is it’s 1 block from Duvall St. and in the middle of the Old Town. The management awesome because after we checked in they were there if we needed them but we were happy and had not one problem.

Beautiful Cottage in a Perfect Location

The Conch Cottage was not only adorable but very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants/bars, drug store, grocery store, and Simonton Street Beach, which we walked to daily. Would definitely recommend Conch Cottage!

It was clean and the outside patio was a delight. We really enjoyed using the Jacuzzi after a long walks during the day.The front porch was nice in the mornings having a cup of coffee when the weather permittedA few things I would recommend to improve would be, the kitchen was dark so if you could put more wattage in the lightbulbs in the ceiling, that would be great. Also, the fan nor the light over the stove was working so that needs fixed.You could use some stem wine glasses. The ones you have now are big for a woman to use. You could also use three different sizes of mixing bowls. You have one great big huge glass bowl that takes up a lot of space.A nice extra blanket would help. My husband and I were both sick and could not be in the bedroom at the same time for a couple of days, So a nice blanket would’ve been a great asset.

I stayed at this property in 2018 and was so happy with it and preferred properties I rebooked for this trip. unfortunately, this time was very disappointing and i will not be using this property management company again. The refrigerator and freezer did not work for my entire stay. As a result, we were not able to cook or grill because nothing could be stored in the refrigerator. I was told that it had been an issue since January and i was never made aware of it in case i wanted to cancel my reservation. The hot tub was not ready to be used and was half full of water. when i asked for it to be addressed they told me to use the hose and fill it up. I feel the level of the accommodations was definitely not reflective of the amount i paid to stay at this property. Sincerely Todd Yando

Central Location in Old Town

Lovely, convenient, central location in Old Town. Do not need a car. Grocery store within 2 blocks. Restaurants, attractions very close to the cottage. 1 block from Duval Street.

Funky Good Time!

The cottage was perfect! It was clean and super cozy. Bed soft and plenty of linens. The pouch swing was very romantic at night, sipping wine while watching people walk pass. I love the jacuzzi. Very clean. The trees and flowers gave an amazing ambiance and the outside shower was REAL SEXY! The property is minutes from Duval street. Every morning we walked to the cuban café for cartalitto. This was the perfect birthday gift from my husband. We will be booking again soon.

Heart of the Keys

We have vacationed in the lower keys for the last TWENTY years. We honeymooned here and have come back almost every year, even staying for a month at times. We don’t always stay IN Key West, especially if we bring the whole gang- but solitary couples trip allows for exactly this space. The one bedroom, one bath is perfectly quaint and provides everything you need. The bed was our only demise- we don’t prefer foam to sleep on, we need a little spring action. This location was magical. The backyard oasis is an urban delight. We rented bikes and could easily get anywhere downtown in a matter of minutes- we rode everywhere: Higgs beach, Fort Zach, sunset pier, breakfast club II, Bagatelle. We found a gem of a restaurant that is three doors down from this house (Lola’s). Communication with the rental agency was top notch. They booked our bikes for us and stayed in touch for check out without being annoying. No complaints- and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect little place to Relax

The place was convenient, perfect, cozy, very clean and easy to get into and out of. Great location, two blocks off of Duval Street, five blocks either end of the road Just great location to get around and see everything. It's. quiet setting, nice little backyard with a hot tub. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Key West Great Stay

Loved the property. Minutes from everything Key West. If we had any negative it would be no out front parking. But we had no trouble acquiring parking outside the reserved spots, it just required a block or two of walking. Great place though!

The Conch House

Very nice property- good location- we recommend it to friends that have already booked it. The only disappointment was that we were e- mailed the wrong entry code. We called the contact & found the offices closed for the weekend. Someone did call back fairly quickly with correct code. Not a terrible thing but an important detail after a day of traveling.
