We really enjoyed our stay while we waited to close on our new house. Property was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Convenient location with proximity to highways and major roads but still a quiet neighborhood — and walkable to Bo’s! Fenced yard was great for our dogs, and laundry facilities on premises were a nice touch. No problems with anything and host was responsive.

Home away from Home

I came down for my daughter college graduation and the stay was amazing the check in was super easy and when i walked in it was very nice we had plenty of space and a full kitchen to cook in the parking was great and we were able to visit the beach and zoo I will definitely rent this place again in the future…

WE LOVED IT

Super pretty place (My entire group could not stop talking about how well decorated the space was!) Was graciously stocked with everything we needed. Despite being a duplex, we had no noise issues with our neighbors. The house was also close to downtown, ybor, the zoo, etc which was convenient! Would definitely stay again

I really didnt have any idea of the layout of where the apt (house) was. Go thru a white gate....you’ll see the door. I was hesitant to start punching in the code, didnt want a guy w/a gun asking what I was doing in his yard! But it was the right place! The home showed well at first glance, with standard walmart accoutremous. Cheap couch, no recliner or other LR seating. Cheap chairs next to kitchen counter for illusion of breakfast bar. Cheap mattresses, no boxsprings, curtains, blankets, use the rear br so the sun won't wake you up (it goes thru the front br blinds), trickle water in the bathroom sink, shower ok. Laminate flooring throughout had a gouge in it the lr floor (what could bust laminate?) but was generally clean if you don't count floorboards.After 1 week I messaged to ask where the washer/dryer was. Never got a return call. Messaged again 4 days later, no answer. The day before leaving 7 days after message 1 I did get a reply. (Its thru the backyard, thru a wood gate, in an outdoor shed). And finally the tv service was "Free tv plus. A lot of Rifleman, MacGuyver, no Network TV, if you're from a red state no Fox Shows & no abilty to acquire the app. There was HBO-max and YouTube but bring your laptop, you may need it.The SS refigerator was excellent, brand new and the icemaker was super. Ditto for the dishwasher, microwave, and stove. All like brand new. And in Florida AC is paramount and it was HOT OUTSIDE! It quickly cooled the home when you turned it down.
