POOL, FISH FROM THE DOCK, Newly renovated of entire house with new appliances.

Great 3/2/2 private home w/pool and screed lanai, located on canal. Fully furnished including dishes, linens. Canal has direct boat, kayak access to Tampa Bay. Local company will deliver rental kayaks or rent in county park close by. Sometimes you can watch the manatee & dolphins swim by! Great location to get to St. Pete, Clearwater or Tampa! 12 miles to beach (Honeymoon Island). 15 minutes to Busch Gardens-Lowry Park Zoo—MOSI—Aquarium. Minutes to the Tampa Trail -- great biking, walking and rollerblading. Close to several malls and numerous restaurants. House is located in NW Tampa-- 10 miles from downtown Tampa, 1 hour from Disney, 10 minutes to Tampa International and 10 miles to Honeymoon Island Beach.

The house is furnished with 3 queen beds for sleeping accommodations. Split plan- two bedrooms share on bath at one end of the house, the other bedroom has a private bath and is at the other end of the house. The living room has flat screen TV with WIFI . Six person MAX. Dogs considered, NO LEASING AGENT, please .

House rules :
The house is recently renovated with brand new appliances . Do require the guests to keep the place clean and take out trash at the end of stay . Trash day: (black trash container)Wednesday n Saturday with Monday for recycle trash ( blue trash container)

No sanitary products nor Wipes into toilets . Please do rinse all the dishes prior to loading into dishwasher. No meals or left over into garbage disposal in the sink . No dragging objects across the floor which will cause scratch marks on the floor . The floor will be slippery when wet ; so please keep it dry . All linens n towels are washed in hot water ; all door konbs are wipped with disinfectant. All bathrooms, bathtub n shower r cleaned with clorox bleach after 1st round of cleaning. There disinfected spray, wipe, bugs proective spray, n sunblock available in the house . Beach chairs , beach umbrella, n umbrellas r also accessible as well . The house is fully equipped with cooking needs . Master bedroom bedside touchable lamps to turn n off have USB ports for charging ur smart devices. Living room lamps are touched one with USB ports as well . Each room has remote control for ceiling fan . Pool light switches by the small sliding door can rotate through different colors . Saline pool water is soft n easy for swimming. The house is kept at 75F ; thermostat may adjust to 72F for sleeping with remote controls ceiling fan of each room for comfort.

Our son leaves nearby. This place is nearby so very convenient for us. A relaxing home with a great kitchen! Great location to yummy restaurants. Everything was easy about this rental! The management was friendly and informative. Oh and the pool! Yes , we will be back.

Great potential

The property is undergoing renovations with a few hiccups. The kitchen is great and the pool area very enjoyable, the gas grill is a convenient feature. Don’t expect to use the kayaks unless you can figure out how to get them, and you, in and out of the water from the dock (no ladder). For the start of our stay, the cold water had no pressure. The owner got us in contact with John, the maintenance man. He was super nice and spent the day fixing the sinks and showers. Then we learned the washer had no water pressure unless you wanted all hot water, so we weren’t able to do laundry, as we had packed expecting to do laundry. A dresser or even shelves in the closet of the 3rd bedroom would be a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. A little mix up at the end with where to leave the keys- the house manual differed, but we had already left. Overall ok stay.

Well stocked kitchen

I’m a stickler for clean and this home met that requirement! The kitchen is well stocked and includes nice touches such as a pod coffee maker, coffee pods, sugars, storage bags, seran wrap, and cleaning products. The pans to cook are quality and not like some you find in a rental. The layout is great with a spacious kitchen, and a work area for your computer and electronics. The pool is large with a view of the canal. Very peaceful setting. There’s a Publix close by. We had a minor issue and the host was very responsive. The Flat screen TV was not one we are used to. It’s mostly streaming rather than live TV. My only suggestion would be perhaps some new towels and weed out the ones in the linen closet that have been around for a while. All in all you will have a comfortable stay in this renovated home.

Nice host, Awful plumbing

We were coming in on our anniversary and little did I know, we would be getting engaged here. The first night (our anniversary) started off terrible. There’s signs that say you’ll be charged $500 if you plug up the toilets. We went to the bathroom as soon as we got there the toilet started shooting water out of the bottom of the toilet and it went all over the floor and into the master bedroom. Both me and Vrbo couldn’t get ahold of the host for quite a while. She said someone would be out the next morning to fix it even though they had just checked it before we came. As if things couldn’t get worse, the first night we walk into the kitchen and there’s a roach crawling on the wall. Spent the first night crying to mom on the phone and looking for somewhere else to stay. Maintenance guy was super nice, but just couldn’t seem to fix it. We had him come out I think 3 times. And within that the toilet would continue clogging and even started backing up into the shower. So all 4 of us had to share one bathroom for half of the trip and even then, were scared to use the master bath. Maintenance guy said this is a long term issue with plumbing. The guest bath had no cold water pressure and when you’d turn the cold knob on the sink it would basically just trickle and they couldn’t figure that out either. Host is super nice, but nice doesn’t fix the plumbing. Thinking maybe a dedicated plumber needs to come out and replace some stuff instead of the maintenance guy.

House with a pool

We enjoyed jumping into the pool after a long drive. House was located in quiet neighborhood that was close to a Walmart. We would stay again the next time we visit Tampa.

Like being a local.

It was a fun experience. Staying in this area was interesting. It gave us the experience of being a FL resident. The neighbors are friendly. We saw a dolphin and a manatee from the dock.

cook out by the pool

great spot close to airport and university of Tampa. very clean and can fish of the dock in back. Family had a great time by the pool while we cooked out.

Beautiful updated home

You cannot go wrong with this home. We were welcomed with some Champagne at the door. My hubby and myself were celebrating our 23rd Anniversary. Home was updated, three queen sized bed. Sun comes in early when you sleep in the master, so bring some eye shades. Pool was a bit chilly for us PNW folks. We were told pool heater out of commission. Had the pool been heated this would have elevated the stay. You have everything you need except a cooler and a blender. We would totally stay here again, close to downtown Tampa and a short trip to the Beach, oh and super close to Zoo Tampa!!! Kim and Rob

We loved the house and the location. So much to do in the area or just enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view. Pool was clean, gorgeous kitchen with great appliances! Nice neighbors too :) we are coming back next year!

nice home

The home has clearly had work done. The kitchen is beautiful and a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor space was broken up perfectly for us since we were traveling with our pup. The pool area is completely screened in. On either side there was green space for her to use as well as the dock and outdoor deck. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was even an extra propane tank in case the one in the grill ran out. Unfortunately it had a faulty valve but the owner responded quickly and got both refilled by the next day. The only negatives I could mention are the slat boards under the mattress in the bedroom by the pool were not secured to the frame so they slid out the first time we sat on that bed. I'm pretty sure that will be an easy fix and also, there was a plumbing issue tied into the washing machine that caused a problem after we left. Based on the signs in the home I'm guessing not the first time so hopefully it is already taken care of. All in all, the home is beautiful with a very responsive host and a quiet nice neighborhood. I would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

The property was just as it was pictured on the VRBO website. Spacious and clean. The house and property are very well maintained and beautiful. We had an awesome time relaxing by the pool or sitting on the dock watching the sunset on the river.
