House was clean, very neat, open, peaceful and relaxing. Equipped very well and felt just like home. Use of the garage is a MAJOR PLUS!! All you need is your clothes and food. The layout of the house was excellent, master on one side and the other 2 rooms and bathroom on the other side of the house. We will definitely be back just to stay at the house as a getaway! We absolutely loved it. Beds were really soft. Communication with host was excellent.

This was a great place to stay. The house is in a safe and relatively quiet neighborhood (they were a tad loud with their 4th of July celebrations, but that is not the host's fault). The three bedrooms worked great for our needs, and we really enjoyed the private pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was clean. The location worked well for our needs, and it was pretty easy to get to the airport for an early flight back.

cook out by the pool

great spot close to airport and university of Tampa. very clean and can fish of the dock in back. Family had a great time by the pool while we cooked out.

Relaxing family vacation

We chose this place because it was convenient to George Steinbrenner Field. We saw 5 baseball games this week so the location was great! Also convenient to Target, Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants & everything we needed. The pool was so refreshing and loved sitting on the dock reading & enjoying the surrounding beauty & peace & quiet. All of the provided amenities were awesome! Highly recommend and would love to come back

Great experience!

We loved the house and the location. So much to do in the area or just enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view. Pool was clean, gorgeous kitchen with great appliances! Nice neighbors too :) we are coming back next year!
