Get ready to relax in this quiet top floor 2-bedroom condo in New Tampa next to Tampa Palms, Cory Lake Isles, Hunters Green, Pebble Creek and Live Oak sub-divisions. The highly popular Flatwoods Park Trail is across the street. It is a 10-mile paved loop in a wooded area with wildlife, located on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. The space features a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the living room, which includes a sofa used as a bed and a twin sized cot for a small adult or child ( for extra comfort). See photos of these bed options. With 2 bathrooms, both offer a bathtub for a soothing soak. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you want to freshen up with the hair dryer or keep up with your workouts in the fitness room, this condo has you covered. Enjoy all that Tampa has to offer when you stay at our place. Note: This condo is on the top floor - no elevators - short flight of steps.

Ver spacious 2 bed room well furnished apartment in a very nice easiy access locations. Enjoyed it very much. Kitchen was furnishes with essentials and would have been nice to have few medium dishes, bowls.

The pool wasn’t available. It wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t heated, which wasn’t addressed in the reservation.There was no kettle to boil water for tea. There was only one towel per person for nine days.It could use a dustpan and broomBut the overall experience was good very clean, very quiet and accessible to things

The pool had to be closed for an emergency repair. The home has a vacuum (no broom or dustpan). Kettle is not provided for tea. Guest use the hot water from the coffee pot or microwave to heat water. If more towels are needed, just ask us. We could have provided them.
