Built as a hunting lodge in 1914, this house sits at the peak of Echo Park Ave with spectacular views of the mountains. Light pouring into the all-wood interior retains the cabin feel. Large decks in the front and back are fantastic for entertaining or watching the sun set over the mountains.

Echo Park is LA's gem - just minutes from Downtown, Hollywood, Silverlake and Los Feliz. Walk to Elysian Park, Echo Park Lake, Dodger Stadium and Sunset Blvd's cafes, shops, restaurants and bars.

This is really a beautiful spot, and Richard is an excellent host. The house is small-ish, the yard is big, and the whole thing is really perfect. I would recommend highly.

Excellent views in a quiet hillside community

This truly unique property sits at the top of Echo Park Ave with Mountain View’s to the northeast. Street parking is slim but available, a car is required unless using ride sharing services and large SUV’s would be hard to navigate in the narrow roads. Excellent interior designs and convenient laundry.
