A lot to like. Location -5 min from beach and quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the pool. Big backyard. Nice layout, up to date appliances and comfy beds. But living room firniture, curtains, landscaping, screen doors and fence all need attention. Could be more generous with kitchen items. Hosts were responsive. Would stay next year if maintenance and refresh were done

Pool was fine. Kitchen has 4 place settings. We had 4 people so had to run washer after every meal. Tall walls on master tub was difficult to get in and out of. Toilet tissue was really cheap . It was clean .AC was good. There was no toaster but owner was notified and replaced it immediately.

Best location ever!

Location of this property was ideal for us visiting all our friends in the area. We very much enjoyed the pool - it was very clean and refreshing.

Biking and beaches

Great for biking, close to several beaches. Dog friendly too. Would stay again.

Overall the house was in a decent location, but there were several maintenance issues during our stay. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. The TV remote didn't have batteries in it. There were ashes left in the fireplace, which was odd for a July stay in Florida. One of the showers had a drainage problem; water basically didn't drain at all. We also didn't have enough linens for our stay of 4 adults, which was frustrating.The yard also looked like it hadn't been maintained in a while, overgrown and generally neglected.The biggest issue was the AC. The house was poorly insulated, and despite running the AC all day, indoor temps still hit around 80F. We messaged the host, who sent an AC tech out, and he said the unit itself was fine, it was just the insulation. On top of that, the air filters were in really bad shape, visibly dirty and overdue for a change.Would recommend the host address these issues before future guests stay here, especially the AC/insulation problem in the middle of summer.
