With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 207 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to five and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Very convenient steps to the ocean restaurants and shopping all around. Condo had everything we needed. Clean and very responsive. Complex has a store restaurant and tiki bar. Love how active security is on the premises.

Great location. Condo needs to be updated.

I gave this condo 3 stars bc the location was great. However, the room needs to be updated. The sofa is dirty and the bedding looks like it is 20 years old. The walls could also use a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen was nice and functional. If we are in a bind and need a place to stay this may be an option. However, next time I will try to book my stay earlier to avoid this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay! This condo is perfect for families! I hate condos that are way up on the top floors. This condo is on the second floor, so I was completely comfortable with our kids being on the balcony with us. The room was clean, everything worked perfectly. The resort is amazing as well. The zero entry pool is so fun, as well as the two ‘hot pools’ as my kids call them. And we loved the splash pad! It was so fun getting ice cream from the market downstairs. And there was a snow cone vendor on site during the day. It was so easy getting to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing but praise!

The only issue we had was the knob on the closet door in the bedroom came off when we first arrived. We called the front office and they came up and fixed it promptly.

Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay. I absolutely love that it was on the second floor i had a perfect view of the beach and of the pool i am not a fan of highest so this 2nd floor was nice. The room was spacious all 6 of us fit nicely in the room just as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. I do wish the kids spash pad was open during my stay it looks like it was being updated so it was closed.
