Clean, beautiful, great location
Private, upscale beach
Lacks basic necessities.
No ceiling fans on the patio which is hot in the summer evening sun. You really can't sit outside until the sun goes down.
They need more dishes. We only had 4 coffee cups and we had to do dishes almost twice a day. Really need some plastic cups and not all glass. Not kid friendly.
Toaster was broken and the side that did work caused a fire with the English muffins we friend to cook. Ended up cooking out bread in the over.
Pots and pans we just ok. They were not non-stick so cooking was an issue.
The grill only lit up on the front part. The middle and back part did not heat up. Plus there was no grill tools to clean and cook on the grill. Awful experience.
The tv in one of the room wasn't even hooked up to the cable. It was plugged in but the service wasn't connected.
Beds were nice and comfy so that was a positive.
There was some trash in the woods behind the house that needs to be addressed when cleaning up.
So, this house was just OK compared to others we have rented in hammock beach. It needs a bit of a makeover and some attention to the details of vacationers.
Hammock beach grill- the property manager, Nicole is a bit too much. She's not very nice. People are on vacation and she doesn't need to treat people so poorly. Plus, if you are going to advertise a bar and grill maybe you should have it open. Today was Labor Day and the grill and bar was closed. Who does that on Holiday. Poor business practice for sure. If you are going to have 5 signs that say no outside coolers or food then provide food and beverages or take down the signs. Super bad experience.
Loved the Manatee!
We had a fantastic time, one of our most enjoyable vacations. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the short walk to the uncrowded beaches of Palm Coast and to the communities pools and other amenities. My wife and I enjoyed spending our mornings drinking coffee on the third floor deck, and our evenings drinking mojitos and listening to music on the second floor deck.
Thanks for sharing your home with us; can't recommend it highly enough!
We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach! Plenty of room to spread out.
Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful house enjoyed by all three generations of our family. Already looking forward to next year!
Morning Star S Ponte Vedra
This property has beautiful ocean front . The deck and docks are in good condition , recently repaired . The house is roomy but not in the best condition . The carpet is very dirty and we made the effort to remove two large dark stains that we found offensive. The vacuum cleaner did not work but was quickly replaced when we called for service. The dishwasher was also not functioning but a repairman was send the day after we reported the problem .A defective exterior light was causing a very loud irritating buzzing sound that was driving us nuts until a electrician was send to locate and disconnect the unit . A step to the boardwalk broke when I stepped on it . Fortunately no harm done to my old legs. One cool evening my wife said " does the fireplace work" . When I opened the glass door it fell off shattering into a thousand pieces . The steel framework was rusted through and disintegrated when I move the door. Our biggest problem occurred when my wife was taking a roasted chicken out of the oven . She yelled HELP. I arrived to see her holding the oven handle in one hand and the glass front of the oven door in the other. The metal part of the door was still closed . Bring an expert handyman (NOT) I managed with a pair of pliers to open the metal door and refit the glass and screw the handle back on and rescue the chicken. Quite an adventure for us old folks . All in all we liked the place and may return next year with my toolbox.
Escape the cold and snow
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 47 Cinnamon Beach Way. Lots is space for a large group to spread out in! Easy access to club house and yet set apart from busy traffic area of the condos. Great decks to enjoy some quiet time or have a group dinner. A very dog friendly area!
