Boasting a .94 acre lot, cozy, year-round Camp Taqanan in Downeast, Maine features 2600 square feet of living space including 2 sitting/living room areas, 2 dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, heat/AC, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a wraparound deck with 180° lake views. Enjoy a gorgeous sunrise as you sip your morning coffee and listen to the cries on the loons from the wraparound deck featuring Adirondack and rocking chairs, a dining table and propane grill. Access the beach of the 200-foot lakefront for swimming, kayaking or fishing via landscaped stone steps or the boating dock. If you own a boat that you'd like to tie up at our private dock, the Cathance Lake public boat launch is a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive from the camp.
