Sauna Belleayre Cozy Cabin

This charming 1-bedroom cabin offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a full bathroom. The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably, with a full-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out queen bed in the living room. A cozy new fireplace is available if you’d prefer it over the furnace to keep warm.

Step outside onto the spacious 300 sq. ft. deck, perfect for enjoying breathtaking mountain views or stargazing. Situated on 7.5 acres, the property is ideal for snowshoeing, hiking, or bird watching, with a waterfall and springs that lead to a pond, home to a few mallards in the spring.

The cabin is very private, with only one neighboring house located across the driveway. This neighboring house also belongs to us and is available as a rental, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay.

Enjoy the firepit for roasting marshmallows or summer camping under the stars.

The location is unbeatable! Belleayre Ski Resort and a beautiful swimming lake are just a 5-7 minute drive away. Every Saturday in the summer, there’s a farmers market 8 miles from the cabin. The Catskill Scenic Railway is 5 miles away, along with tubing opportunities on the Esopus River, hidden swimming holes, and some of the best hiking trails the Catskills have to offer.

Centrally located, this cabin provides easy access to everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

The road is plowed in the winter and accessible by most cars.
