Home is walking distance to Tigertown and nearby parks with lake access, minutes from charming downtown, close to dozens of restaurants and shops, and only a few blocks from Lakeland's medical row, including Lakeland Regional Hospital. Close to I-4 for quick and easy access to Tampa or Orlando. Situated in quiet and established neighborhood.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a kitchenette, not a complete kitchen. There are two living units like this on the property. Think duplex. So while you will have your own "apartment" entirely to yourself with loads of privacy, peace, and quiet, this unit does share a wall with a neighboring unit. You'll have a private driveway and entrance. The home features spacious rooms, with high ceilings, lots of windows letting in natural light, and lake views from porch.

Excellent host with a very nice set up. The view of the lake was perfect from the porch. The weather was uncommonly cold for Florida and the host made sure we had additional heat sources to keep us warm. Highly recommended, we will be returning during our next visit to the Lakeland area.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed a few days to be able to walk to Tiger stadium and catch a few spring training games. This property was perfect! It was only a 12-15 minute walk to the park. The property itself is very well maintained, looks great and is super comfortable. They provided everything you could need for a short stay. The bed was extremely comfortable! The host was quick to respond, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying again.

Why they chose this property

I love how peaceful this corner of Lakeland is. It allows for lovely strolls along Lake Parker to nearby Lake Parker park and Tigertown for Spring Training games, and close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Also near shopping and medical district. Truly close to it all in the heart of Lakeland.
