Enjoy this cosy and well kept 3-bedroom vacation home has to offer. The cottage is conveniently located in Lakeland between Tampa and Orlando, minutes to I-4 express way exit 31 and 32, nearby Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium, and right in the area where the state of art hospitals, cancer center and other medical facilities are located. There are a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants are within 2-3 miles. Our home offers 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, and living room with big screen smart TVs. The home also offers you a very clean and comfortable home equipped with a full kitchen, indoor utility, plenty of parking space, shower and hair dryer. With the essential amenities like WiFi and AC, our guests will have a fantastic and pleasant stay. We'll be available to answer any questions and provid help while you staying at our home.

the check in was supper easy and the place was absolutely beautiful and so easy to get around where ever we wanted to go,like the ball field to watch the tigers!!Just leave more toilet paper!!

The host was great! The couple of questions we had were answered very quickly. Check in and check out went smoothly. The house was clean and everything worked fine.The one suggestion I could make would be to have a few more forks in the silver ware drawer.

The host was very responsive to our needs. The house was nice and also a nice quiet neighborhood. Also 5 minutes from the ballpark was a plus !!

The house was in a safe neighborhood, was clean, well maintained and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I walked 5-7 miles daily without any issues. There was a carport which was appreciated and plenty of parking.The beds and couches were comfortable but a recliner would have been greatly appreciated. There were smart TV's in both the living room and dining room.The only negative was not being able to watch local TV channels or network TV live. The WiFi is great and streaming service is fantastic but the description says 'satellite/cable TV' and there are neither. Cable TV would be appreciated but at the very least a local antenna for the local channels. I did have multiple streaming services but YouTube TV doesn't let you watch local channels unless you are in your home area.I enjoyed my stay and will look at staying here again in 2027. The weather was great except for a couple of cool days.

Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable house. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and a large living room. Great back yard and having the grill to be able to BBQ was very nice plus the lawn chairs. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Thank You!

We had septic issues for 2 weeks at this house-it took 2 weeks for them to replace the septic system, which the septic guy told them was bad for 3 years!!!! He stopped by several times to complain that they didnt pay him-and they wanted him to continue to check the septic, like we were the problem, neglecting to say all along he told them 3 years ago to fix it. The "maintaince" man ended up being the husband of the "property manager" whose also actually is just the owner. We had to go to our storage unit to use the bathroom several days and couldnt shower. They "tried" to make it better by taking a cap off the septic, that was horrific smelling and also illegal. The doors has sliced holes in the wood that allowed drafts through-although they did replace 1 while we were there.
