Conveniently located to Restaurants, Shopping, Sightseeing, Golf, Miniature Golf, Theaters and many others!! Located on 1st floor of this 3 floor complex with only 12 condo units. Three bedrooms. Amazing!

This property is a piece of heaven. It's beautiful & well maintained inside & out. It's a short drive to all the hot-spots but not crazy and crowded on the beach like downtown. There are nice TV's in all bedrooms and a big TV in the living room. The deck overlooks the ocean and even has a ceiling fan. The owners have thought of everything including nightlights throughout & a Kurig & coffee maker in the kitchen. There are beach chairs & toys & even a washer & dryer. This condo was super clean & decorated tastefully with a beach theme. The owners are straight forward with prices and won't nickel & dime you to death. The owners also respond quickly to questions. You would pay more to stay at an ocean front hotel and wouldn't have half as much room or privacy. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Beautiful view of ocean

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable. VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL. Was very clean and had all comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a Waffle Maker! The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly. Would Definitely Stay Again! !

Steps from the beach

The condo was clean and kept up. Family friendly, and everything we needed to cook with was in the kitchen. Quiet and the screened in porch is directly over the pool. Would rent it again.

The property was great. On the beach and the view was wonderful. Everything we needed was there.

The building itself needs some upgrades and neighbors had dogs which were noisy at times. But overall enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime

I believe our maintenance crew is working on some upgrades on the exterior of building. As far as pets, Dunescape does not allow pets at the complex. My guess is that it was probably a property owner and I will address this at our annual homeowners meeting, end of April. Again, thank you for staying with us and thank you for the review. We always like to hear comments, good or bad, so we can improve.

GREAT!!

My family and I had such an amazing time, this condo has an absolute wonderful view and is very clean! We had 6 people and we all fit great we all had enough space for everyone to just get away from each other. This part of Myrtle Beach was the best! Wasn't crowded still had stuff to do right near it. The neighbors were very polite and nice, always had a conversation with you when you walked outside, just a wonderful expert. I would definitely recommend staying here. We definitely will be back.

Pure Enjoyment

We drove up, everything was neat and tidy, easy to find and walked in to a lovely VERY clean condo unit. The first thing we saw was the ocean straight ahead. We loved our stay, the owners were very easy to work with and we really had no problems. The beds were fine, the porch was great and the views spectacular. The condo was exactly like the pictures and I would recommend this to anyone. Thank You Ann & Mike!
