Hot Tub Heat = $100 per stay. Do NOT TOUCH the POOL VALVES or adjust the pool equipment. You will burn up our pumps. You are not a pool technician.
PLEASE do not overfill the bath tubs. The overflow drains will LEAK into the SHEETROCK below. Please keep the water level below the overflow.

We had no problems during our stay during the 250th birthday of America! Our host provided all necessary details regarding our stay from check-in to check-out! When I did contact the host regarding questions, they responded within an hour. The pool, hot tub, and beach access were outstanding! We had plenty of parking and the grill that was provided proved vital.

Great house. AC is great also. My only complaint is there is no direct beach access. You can walk between other houses out to the beach, no sidewalk. And the beach is almost like a saltwater lake. Days 2 and 3 we booked a spot and drove to Henderson State Park Beach, which is type of beach we wanted.

The property was great. Just as described. The only thing I would say is it could have been better stocked with bathroom tissue and paper towels. We had a party of twelve and those things go quickly.

Amazing time. The roof top is the perfect spot to watch sunsets. We went with 3 other couples so it was nice every bedroom has it's on bathroom. The host is very responsive when messaged. Will stay here again.
