Cozy, beautiful, waterfront, pool house in a quiet neighborhood.
Quiet, yet close to restaurants and bars. Walk, bike or drive to nearby Tarpon Point Marina and the wonderful eateries and shops at the Westin Hotel Resort. Short drive to world famous beaches.
King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Den/second bedroom has an extra long queen size sleeper sofa with spring mattress.
Gorgeous private heated pool in a spacious screened lanai with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The perfect place for morning relaxation, afternoon cocktails and dinner Al fresco. Enjoy the active canal aquatic life, as well as neighborhood boating life on your private dock on the San Marco Canal. You won’t need to leave this little piece of paradise (but will might want to explore all the nearby activities too).
