We had a party of 12 that did a 3 night stay at the property for the TN Auburn football weekend, the location was great for a day in Pigeon Forge as well as distance to Neyland Stadium. The house was spacious and the boys enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and community basketball court. We enjoyed the view from the back porch with our morning coffee. The host was responsive to questions both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

The house was clean, comfortable, and accommodated our group very well. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time overall. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a few more kitchen supplies for guests. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, Wonderful stay!

Our family had a refreshing stay at this beautiful property! The owners were very accommodating, helpful and honest! The property was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. We plan to return! I highly recommend it!
