Come and join us at our 8 newly renovated and refurbished vacation cottages, Each cottage has a comfy queen size bed and full size kitchen with full bathroom and shower. Each cottage comfortably accommodates 2 adults, located in Historic Downtown Punta Gorda. Walk 2 blocks to restaurants, shops, parks and harbor front walk! Our cook at home in our quiet and beautiful residential area, we have complimentary barbeques and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment, as well as a shared laundry.

lovely little cottage

Perfect little cottage conveniently situated in Punta Gorda. Very responsive hosts. Everything that you would need, quiet spot with outdoor space too.

Historic District Punta Gorda

Location is perfect walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, Fisherman’s Village & waterfront parks. The area is still recovering from major hurricane damage, some businesses have closed. The Punta Gorda Cottages are updated & impeccably clean. The owner leaves many thoughtful touches. The only concern I can think of is if you are looking for nice sandy beach time you will have to drive a bit. There are no pool facilities at the cottages. If you are looking for a short respite in an area with things to do, I would recommend the Punta Gorda Cottages. - Cheryl

Why they chose this property

It is great being downtown, as most of the town is accessible by walking. The
waterfront is only 3 blocks away, and 2 blocks and you're at the farmer's market! There is also a pathway around the town with outdoor workout equipment!

What makes this property unique

Fully furnished, cute and cozy, shared barbeques, and laundry.....nice outside green space to share and enjoy
