Why they chose this property

I choose this area as I personally feel the area was NICE, SAFE and QUITE. My neighbours were nice and friendly. Both have families are in ex veterans. This home is very convenient to get to major places such as hospital, Airport, the Stadium, the major Parks and Zoo.
I was spending most weekends at this duplex getting to know my neighbours and generally spending time there with the local community and felt this area would be lovely for people who are looking to work in the area or wants to be close to the amenities near by.
We have Home Depot and Walmart 8mins away which is very convenient. A Rose Discount Store 2 mins away.
